Note: Return trips must be scheduled in the morning, with a pickup back in Vancouver or at YVR within 8 hours of your initial pickup. This includes both drives and your time in Whistler. Overnight stays or next-day returns are not included, and transportation around Whistler during your visit isn’t part of this service.

Can I book a round-trip transfer?
Yes, you can add a return trip on the same day for 50% more. The return pickup must be scheduled in the morning, and both journeys will be completed within 8 hours.
What if I have ski or snowboard equipment?
We can carry up to two passengers with skis or snowboards. Please inform us about your equipment when booking so we can accommodate you properly.
How will I know where to meet my driver?
We'll text you the day before your trip with all the details, including your pickup time, meeting location, vehicle info, license plate, and driver’s contact number.
Is this transfer suitable for children?
Yes, infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. The service is suitable for all physical fitness levels.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel for a full refund if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
